James G. Clifford
Mr. Clifford is President of Montgomery Advisors, a private real estate firm providing direct equity investment in real estate transactions, as well as development and consulting services. During thirteen years with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Clifford participated in some of the highest profile commercial sales and leasing transactions in the country and was recognized among the firm's top producers from 1986 through 1997, twice being named "Broker of the Year" for northern California. In 1998, Mr. Clifford was recruited to become Vice Chairman of Shorenstein Realty Services, L.P., and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shorenstein Company. He formed Montgomery Advisors in 2000. Mr. Clifford holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of the Pacific.
David G. Estes
Mr. Estes has been practicing real estate law for 25 years in San Francisco, focusing primarily on ownership representation in the purchase, sale, financing and construction and leasing of office and industrial buildings, both in San Francisco and throughout the United States. He has frequently lectured on these topics for both the Practicing Law Institute as well as for the Continuing Education of the Bar programs. While in private practice, he practiced at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and at O'Melveny and Myers, where he was a partner. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Greg A. Jones
Mr. Jones is a President of Montgomery Technologies and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. A veteran of several start-up companies, Mr. Jones brings energy, 17 years of experience, and a clear vision of how to meet and exceed customer expectations. Mr. Jones coordinates consulting services for tenants, manages the firm's service center, overseas corporate finance, and drives strategic development for the firm.
In addition to designing the business processes to manage work flow, Mr. Jones has successfully recruited several key contributors to the Montgomery Technologies team and forged successful partnerships with structured cabling contractors in multiple markets to help deliver on the essential value proposition.
Previously Mr. Jones was an executive for a property management software company where he was instrumental in the development of a national sales team and managed the company's professional services. He was instrumental in expanding the base of partner companies to help deliver an integrated technology platform to property managers. Mr. Jones received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA from St. Mary's College.

Robert K. Shibuya
Mr. Shibuya serves as an advisory board member of Montgomery Capital Partners, providing advice on real estate investment strategy, capital raising/structuring and sourcing acquisitions for both debt and equity investments. Over his 30 year commercial real estate career, Mr. Shibuya has overseen real estate asset management/advisory firms with assets under management in excess of $12 billion. He recently served as Chief Executive DTZ, a top five global real estate services and investment management firm where he was responsible for managing $2 Billion revenues, 26,000 staff working in 52 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He has worked with Montgomery Advisors President, James Clifford, since 1983 when they both graduated from University of the Pacific (BS Degree in Business Administration).
Bryon Wolf
Mr. Wolf serves as an advisory board member of Montgomery Capital Partners providing advice on investment strategy, underwriting, capital market activities, and development. He also currently serves as a Partner at Bay West Development and is responsible for all investment activities. Focuses include sourcing new investments, overseeing underwriting, capital market activities, legal and execution functions, entitlements, business plan implementation, leasing activities and dispositions. Prior to Bay West Development, Mr. Wolf served on the acquisitions teams at real estate private equity firms Rockpoint Group and Praedium Group in San Francisco and New York, respectively. Mr. Wolf has acquired over 4,600 multifamily units and over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space across the country. Mr. Wolf holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ryo Ishida
Mr. Ishida serves as an advisory board member of Montgomery Capital Partners, advising companies at the intersection of real estate and technology. Ryo Ishida is Vice President of Real Estate at Lyric, a technology-based hospitality brand. To date, Lyric has raised a total of $185 million led by Airbnb, strategic real estate investors like Tishman Speyer and Barry Sternlicht from Starwood Hotels, and VC firms like NEA and Fifth Wall.
Before Lyric, Ryo spent six years at Prudential Real Estate Investors, most recently responsible for covering PREI’s East Coast development projects totaling $1.4 billion in gross costs. Prior to Prudential, Ryo was the second employee of Peter Linneman's private equity fund. Ryo has also worked as a residential developer with a focus on sustainable development.
Ryo serves on the board of Positive Resource Center, Inc., a nonprofit offering integrated legal, social, and health services to underserved communities. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
